- Foundations for the first phase of construction are completed.
- Continued brickwork for cottages along the first shoreline.
- Completed walls of the first floor for the initial three cottages.
- Formwork has been set up, and reinforcement of the slabs for pouring concrete on the first-floor ceilings of the first three cottages has been completed.
